Experience

Samuel Lusk has worked in MEP Design field since 1996.  His technical design ability was enhanced through his involvement with projects.  Over the course of his 11-year-career, Samuel has designed plumbing systems for a total of 3 million square feet, costing in excess of $45 million.  Samuel’s conscientious design techniques, desire and willingness to work with the client, along with his comprehensive management techniques and organizational structure are what enables him to successfully produce all projects on a timely basis and within the owner’s budget.  He is responsible for the production management of assigned projects and participates directly in the preparation of design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction administration.

Technical Expertise

He is particularly experienced in the design of basic plumbing systems including sanitary sewer and vent layout and design, domestic cold and hot water supply systems layout and design, water heater sizing, the sizing of domestic water boosting systems, sewage ejection systems, building storm drain systems layout and design, storm water sump systems, and natural gas piping layout and design.

Fire Protection: Basic fire protection system layout and performance specifications.

Specialized systems: Experience in compressed air systems, vacuum systems, medical and lab gas systems including medical air, vacuum, oxygen, and other med gases. Experience in the design of chemical waste and vent systems, reverse Osmosis, and dionized water systems.
